There are 12 Community Drug Service Teams (CDSTs) in Western Australia. CDSTs are located throughout the metropolitan area as well as in a number of rural/regional settings. These services provide individual, couples and family counselling in relation to alcohol/drug issues. Some centres provide group work programs and most provide community education on drug/alcohol issues.

SOUTHWEST CDST (BUNBURY)

The Southwest Community Drug Service Team (CDST) is located in Bunbury with outreach to Busselton, Margaret River, Dunsborough, Manjimup, Narrogin, Collie and Waroona.

The Southwest CDST work together with general practitioners to provide patient centred multidisciplinary care to people with alcohol and/or other drug problems who are involved in the Community Based Methadone Program or require community based withdrawal services. People who reside in the Greater Bunbury Health District will be given priority.
